Delete your Sellstreets Business account

This page is for the Sellstreets Business app by Sellstreets (Android app and sellstreets.com), used by shopkeepers, suppliers and their staff. You can delete your account yourself at any time.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in below with your Sellstreets Business email and password (or, when signed in, open Settings → Delete account).
2. Select Delete my account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE and select Delete permanently.
4. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out on every device.

Customer orders or purchase orders still in progress must be delivered, rejected or cancelled first. Can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”; we delete the account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your name, email address, mobile number and password.
• Your location, notification settings and the devices registered for push notifications.
• Your sign-in sessions and in-app notifications.
• Your staff logins’ access to your business (staff members keep their own personal login).
• Your online shop (storefront) is taken offline permanently.
• Your plan and AutoPay are cancelled immediately, so you are not charged again.

Data that is kept, and for how long

• Invoices, bills, orders, purchase orders, payments, credit notes and account ledgers, including the business details printed on them (such as shop name, address and GST number), are kept for up to 8 years, as required by Indian GST and tax law. They stay linked only to your deleted, anonymous account.
• Subscription payment records and plan invoices are kept for up to 8 years for tax and accounting.
• Orders your customers placed with your shop stay in your customers’ order history.
